「Awesome experience. Taking the bike was smooth, explanation were very clear, overall it was a very good experience. The bike that I used seemed to have not been used for some time as there were spider webs on the bike but I don't really care about that. Fyi, they will explain that you can exchange the battery using a website or something, but the battery itself is available here and there. From what I've seen it's available in most of the "BIG" gas station. Just keep you eyes out for the battery exchange machine. The only downside that I have is the Gogoro Viva (around 50cc) for some reason is more expensive than the other bigger cc motorcycles even though it's more inconvenient especially with the fact that it only has one battery and needs to be changed quite often if you're going around a lot.」

「ZOCHA Taichung has been one of the best scooter rentals I have encountered. Their customer service is heavenly! I pre-booked an Eco "City Jumper" scooter online for a daily discount and it was a pretty simple process. However, it was the first time that I had used an electric 🛵 and I found out the hard way that the remaining battery charge indicator is not always accurate. The scooter went about 68 km, but I wasn't keeping track of the odometer, and relied on the battery meter. That was a mistake. The battery meter went from almost full to almost empty in about 10 km, which unfortunately was about 10 km shy of getting me back to the ZOCHA store to recharge. I contacted the store and they sent out a representative post-haste to change the battery out for me. They never charged a fee for that, and I was very grateful. But that's not all! The representative offered to upgrade me to a Gogoro 3 scooter for free! I was astounded and thanked him. The next day and a half of my rental I used the Gogoro 🛵 and it was fantastic. They taught me how to recharge the batteries, which you can do at a variety of battery recharge stations around the main city. It's really convenient, actually. There is at least one charging station roughly every square kilometer in the city and at these battery recharge stations, you can swap out your low battery for a fully charged one in a few seconds. It's as easy as that. Faster than refueling a traditional gasoline scooter. And the Gogoro 3 is fast too! It has a faster acceleration than any 🛵 I have been on prior. It was a nice comfortable and convenient ride. The Eco City Jumper is a tad lower powered and not very swift, but it will get the job done. You just have to go back to the store every time to recharge the battery. When I went to return the 🛵, everything was perfect. There were no issues and I was charged the same discount rate as I initially set for the Eco City Jumper. Truly outstanding. I thought I might be charged for "this or that" including extra kilometers beyond 60 km per day, but they never fined me. The staff were all friendly and helpful every time that I needed assistance with anything. I highly recommend this place and I understand why they have so many 5 star reviews now! They deserve it!」
