SugarMap is a software-as-a-service product operated by OceanMind Intelligence Ltd., Taiwan ("SugarMap", "we", or "us"). These terms apply when you visit SugarMap, create an account, generate a website, or purchase a subscription.

SugarMap generates and hosts websites for local businesses using information supplied by users and publicly available business data, including Google Maps information and customer reviews. Features and limits for each plan are shown on the Pricing page.

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your email secure. Generate or publish sites only for businesses you own, are authorized to represent, or may lawfully evaluate. You must not impersonate a business, mislead consumers, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, or use SugarMap unlawfully.

You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining your published content. We may restrict or remove content and suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or SugarMap.

AI summaries and public-source content may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided as drafting assistance, not professional advice. Review and correct all content before publishing. Business names, photos, reviews, maps, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms.

Basic is a free plan. Pro and Premium are paid monthly or yearly plans and, where displayed at checkout, include a 30-day free trial that requires a payment method. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, a paid subscription begins automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions then renew automatically until cancelled.

Paddle is our authorized reseller and merchant of record for paid transactions. Paddle processes payment, applicable taxes, invoices, and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms shown at checkout also apply. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and refund details. We will give reasonable advance notice of material pricing changes affecting a future renewal where required by law.

You may cancel a subscription through the customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period. You may stop using SugarMap at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or non-payment, with notice where reasonably practical.

SugarMap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of third-party or AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OceanMind Intelligence Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for SugarMap during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Subject to those protections, disputes will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Taipei, Taiwan.
